I stumbled across this amazing Korean corner of the web a few months ago, but I was so busy with the end of the school year that I promptly forgot about it until today, when I was reorganizing my “bookmarks” bar.
Style Nanda was created in 2004, with two subsequent brands (Nanda Girl and Seminanda) launching in 2006 and 2007, respectively. The brands were an instant success overseas, and by 2009 Style Nanda had added its own cosmetic brand to its repertoire — 3 Concept Eyes. Since then, the brand has grown internationally, with its products now available for purchase in the U.S.
I love the brand for its novelty and exoticism — and for its very reasonable prices. Every item is unique, well-made, and fashion-forward, and it gives me the jollies to know that purchasing items from Style Nanda would mean virtually no one else I know would have anything like them. At least… for now, because I just know Style Nanda is gonna blow up in the States really soon.
