Father/daughter road trip off to a big bang! Look what we saw on the side of the road.
In Indiana for a while with my family on my father’s side. We’re right along the lake next to Michigan’s border.
It’s beautiful, but chilly. Not the tropic beach vacation I was hoping for. Nonetheless, I plan on enjoying as much outdoor time as possible.
My family rented a gorgeous ranch with a giant yard full of trees and ivy ground cover. Don’t get yards like this in the city. In fact, this is probably as rural as this urban chick is going to get — I smashed a bug with a Jimmy Choo sandal just now. But shoes were made to get dirty; not even a bit horrified.
